I think I underestimated the shift from being an <span style=\"user-select: auto;\" id=\"urn:enhancement-18c7877f\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl01770\/entity\/engineers_degree\">engineer<\/span> to being a <span style=\"user-select: auto;\" id=\"urn:enhancement-fa01fd8f\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl01770\/entity\/talent_manager\">manager<\/span> and realising that it&#8217;s a completely different job that perhaps you&#8217;re equipped for, and you have some of the <span style=\"user-select: auto;\" id=\"urn:enhancement-d913efa2\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl01770\/entity\/programming_tool\">tools<\/span> you need, but it is a sea of change in function. One of the key things to me was helping address <span style=\"user-select: auto;\" id=\"urn:enhancement-f1d2d219\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl01770\/entity\/interpersonal_relationship\">interpersonal<\/span> issues and helping address communication issues. This has been super useful to identify when you&#8217;re doing those mistakes yourself and when you\u2019re actually thinking that outlier event is the rule. It helps you to understand your own thinking and to understand when you&#8217;re listening to others such as when you&#8217;re listening to user <span style=\"user-select: auto;\" id=\"urn:enhancement-def5841\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl01770\/entity\/feedback\">feedback<\/span> and everything else that&#8217;s going on. \u00a0What I love about this <span style=\"user-select: auto;\" id=\"urn:enhancement-cd5d70e6\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl01770\/entity\/book\">book<\/span> is that he really goes into how would you deal with these issues in a conversation. And it&#8217;s a very practical <span style=\"user-select: auto;\" id=\"urn:enhancement-7fdc4c84\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl01770\/entity\/book\">book<\/span>, although it&#8217;s a very theoretical topic.
