Dora Militaru<\/a> is a senior developer and tech lead at the Financial Times, where she works on FT.com.<\/p>\n

She has recently led the team responsible for implementing the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on ft.com, and currently works on exciting internal products.<\/p>\n

At Codemotion Berlin<\/a>, her views expressed were on the subject of Where are the women? Diversity is a problem in tech. Minority groups are underrepresented and, once hired, they are often either assimilated or excluded.<\/p>\n
