But the way to automate social skills like empathy and caregiving, stereotypically attributed to women, is still quite long.<\/p>\n<p>For example: three million truck drivers in the US (95% male) have a risk of obsolescence of 80-100%; three million secretaries (95% female) have a risk of obsolescence of about 10%. What does this development mean for our future social structure? What actions are needed to prevent negative consequences of such transition? Will the future of work be female?<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><q>Somehow you can easily get the impression that men are trying to automate <span id=\"urn:batch-analysis-f575ad08-a5e6-419b-a017-1bef980c0b65\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-no-link wl-other\" itemid=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl01770\/entity\/female\">females<\/span>. When you look at Siri, Alexa &#8211; they all have female names, female appearance, the default voices are female and they are supposed to behave in a &#8216;female way&#8217;. But, to be honest, they are actually very male because they are not really empathetic.<\/q><br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Agnieszka is a speaker and author of publications on <span id=\"urn:batch-analysis-a674e0f4-32c1-4ac5-97b5-2e70d58ac2e8\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-no-link wl-other\" itemid=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl01770\/entity\/user_experience\">user experience<\/span> and digital innovation. She has lead successful UX and innovation projects for banks and energy, insurance and media companies.
