{"id":24370,"date":"2023-11-13T09:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-11-13T08:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.codemotion.com\/magazine\/?p=24370"},"modified":"2023-11-21T14:39:02","modified_gmt":"2023-11-21T13:39:02","slug":"ral-in-chiaro-negli-annunci-di-lavoro-cosa-ne-pensa-la-community","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.codemotion.com\/magazine\/it\/carriere-tech\/ral-in-chiaro-negli-annunci-di-lavoro-cosa-ne-pensa-la-community\/","title":{"rendered":"RAL in chiaro negli annunci di lavoro: cosa ne pensa la community"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>E\u2019 notizia di qualche mese che la <strong>direttiva europea<\/strong> sulla <strong>parit\u00e0 salariale e sulla trasparenza retributiva<\/strong> <strong>\u00e8 stata approvata a larga maggioranza dal Parlamento Europeo il 30 marzo 2023<\/strong>, introducendo quindi l&#8217;obbligo per le aziende di indicare la retribuzione annua lorda (RAL) prevista per un ruolo vacante gi\u00e0 nell&#8217;annuncio di lavoro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La direttiva \u00e8 stata adottata per <strong>promuovere la trasparenza<\/strong> retributiva e <strong>ridurre le disparit\u00e0 salariali tra uomini e donne.<\/strong> Secondo la Commissione Europea, infatti, la mancanza di trasparenza retributiva pu\u00f2 portare a discriminazioni, in quanto le donne sono meno propense a negoziare il proprio salario e a chiedere aumenti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esistono per\u00f2 gi\u00e0 oggi realt\u00e0 dove<strong> la RAL in chiaro \u00e8 un obbligo<\/strong>, e una di queste \u00e8 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.codemotion.com\/talent\/\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>Codemotion Talent<\/strong><\/a>, la piattaforma di Codemotion tramite la quale <strong>aiutiamo migliaia di talenti ad avanzare nella propria carriera.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma cosa dice nello specifico la direttiva europea e cosa ne pensa la community di questa nuova norma?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-a17841c4 gb-headline-text\">RAL in chiaro obbligatoria: le aziende dovranno adeguarsi entro il 2025<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Questa interessante novit\u00e0 per tutti coloro che stanno attivamente cercando lavoro, si applica a tutte <strong>le aziende con almeno 50 dipendenti<\/strong>, indipendentemente dalla loro dimensione o dal settore di attivit\u00e0. Gli annunci di lavoro <strong>devono indicare la RAL prevista per il ruolo vacante<\/strong>, nonch\u00e9 le eventuali componenti variabili della retribuzione, come gli straordinari, le indennit\u00e0 o i bonus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La direttiva prevede anche <strong>l&#8217;obbligo per le aziende di raccogliere informazioni sulla retribuzione dei propri dipendenti.<\/strong> Queste informazioni devono essere utilizzate per <strong>monitorare le disparit\u00e0 salariali <\/strong>e per adottare misure per colmarle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La direttiva deve essere recepita nei singoli Stati membri entro il 2 agosto 2025. Secondo queste organizzazioni, la misura contribuir\u00e0 a migliorare la trasparenza retributiva e a ridurre le disparit\u00e0 salariali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tuttavia, alcuni datori di lavoro hanno espresso preoccupazione per l&#8217;impatto che la direttiva potrebbe avere sulla loro <strong>competitivit\u00e0<\/strong>.
