They\u2019re taking on tonnes of different <span style=\"user-select: auto;\" id=\"urn:enhancement-f25edae4\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl01770\/entity\/project\">projects<\/span> all at once.&#8221;&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-Ni25Uv\">However every time we task switch, we have to refocus our attention to the tasks at hand which requires additional effort &#8220;we suddenly have to remember all of the contexts that\u2019s related to our new activity, where we left off, what the remaining open items are, etc.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-5CvSHa\">Conversely, if we focus all of our attention on one task at a time, we are likely to have greater concentration and be able to complete the task faster and at a higher quality.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"eplus-Binxrw wp-block-heading\">Company culture is a critical component to deliver value<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-PE4fef\"><strong>Thiago de Faria<\/strong> is Head of Solutions <span id=\"urn:enhancement-c3a0c919\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"http:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl01770\/entity\/engineering\">Engineering<\/span>, at LINKIT.
